If you’re an artist, you’re touring – or you want to tour. But we don’t have to tell you: touring is expensive. It’s risky. It can take years to build routes and relationships that make it possible to end up in the black. Meanwhile, you’re carrying your city on your back. You’re on the microphone every night letting the audiences know who you are and where you’re from. You’re an unpaid Ambassador and you’re doing more to enhance the reputation of your city than any billboard or commercial ever could. Isn’t it time you get paid what you’re worth?
