AmericanaFest UK
MEM Director Elizabeth Cawein will be in London January 30 – February 2 for the AmericanaFest UK festival and conference and to connect with partners in the UK.
Folk Alliance International
Elizabeth will be at Folk Alliance in Kansas City, Mo., February 15-17. She’s moderating a panel on modern day activism through music, but is also seeking out opportunities for Memphis artists and specifically looking for new partners interested in hosting Experiences or artist exchanges.
SXSW
Elizabeth will be a featured mentor during SXSW Music, and if you’re attending you can book time with her on Wednesday, March 14 – click here for the session details and to add it to your calendar. Beyond that, the goals are similar to Folk Alliance – we’ll be seeking out new partners and brands who want to engage with and support Memphis musicians.
